Jackson Falls Information |
Jackson Falls is approximately a 100 foot total drop waterfall, sourcing from the Wildcat Brook. It is located in Jackson, NH. It is conveniently located on the road, so no hiking is required to see the falls. But, because it is so easily accessible, it is usually flocked with visitors from all over. There are many pick-nick tables for visitors and families to use and soak in the views.
Jackson Falls are a sight to see because of the many boulders and rock ledges the water crashes over. There are no major drops to this fall, but the amount of cascades, slides and plunges (of all different sizes) make up for it.
To get to Jackson Falls:
The town of Jackson is located off of Route 16 just north of Conway, New Hampshire. If you are arriving from the south, turn right across the Jackson Covered Bridge. Follow this main road as it loops through town and back to Route 16. About half way in the loop, you will cross through a bridge (one-lane traffic). Turn right after crossing the stream and follow the road up the hill to the falls.
