Twin Range, New Hampshire Information |
This cross-shaped range lies in the White Mountains between the Franconia Range and the Willey Range. It includes 8 4,000 footer mountains listed below. This is a nice range to hike on because it is usually far less populated than the Presidential and Franconia Range. It is also mostly above treeline, making the views wonderful. The Appalachian Trail passes across the Twin Range from Mount Garfield to Zealand Mountain.
